This year, I’m starting seeds indoors for the third time and reflecting on last season’s big project—rebuilding our raised garden beds. What started as a simple repair turned into a full upgrade, adding not only new boxes but a beautiful trellis. In this post, I’ll walk you through my garden planning process, how we layered our new garden beds for healthy soil, and what I’m growing this year (including some wins and flops from last season). Lancaster Day Date
Brandon and I love a day date exploring somewhere new. Give us some good food and cute shops, we’re in. We both had experienced Shady Maple in Lancaster but we wanted to head downtown, do some window shopping and visit some other areas within Amish country.
